| Bucksport Chamber Announces Award Winners |

BUCKSPORT — Community Pharmacy will take home the Business of the Year award at the annual Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce dinner in April. The chamber announced five award winners this week. Bucksport Harbor Cruises, which operates tours aboard the tugboat Lil’ Toot to sites along the Penobscot, will also be an honoree. The company earned the New Business of the Year award. The Tourism Award will go to Wahl’s Dairy Port, a Main Street mainstay and favorite local ice cream spot. The Friends of Craig Brook earned the designation of Nonprofit of the Year. Jerry Harriman of Bucksport True Value Hardware will receive the chamber’s Hans Honder Award. The awards will be given out on April 18 at the annual chamber dinner. The dinner, which will be catered by Kravings, will be held at the Verona Island Town Hall from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Cianbro Chief Executive Officer Peter Vigue will be the guest speaker for the event.
